VP of Human Resources
Kelli is a human resources professional with over 10 years’ experience in a variety of industries including privatized corrections, automotive and food packaging manufacturing. Prior to joining SCP, Kelli was the Regional HR Manager for D&W Fine Pack, where she was instrumental in the development and implementation of many successful initiatives focusing on talent acquisition, organizational development, cost out and employee engagement.
Kelli has a Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources Management from Ball State University. During her leisure time, Kelli enjoys cooking, travel, exercise and spending quality time with family and friends.
VP of Finance
Wendy is a CPA with extensive experience in multi-national manufacturing organizations. She has partnered with management teams to transform businesses with focus on customer profitability, developing forecasting systems, implementing ERP solutions, standardizing processes and M&A integration.
Prior to joining SCP, Wendy worked in finance leadership positions in both the European and North American organizations of Keter Plastic. She has a Bachelors in Accounting from the University of Washington and a Masters in International Business Studies (MBA) from the Darla Moore School at the University of South Carolina. She enjoys discovering new recipes, especially for bread and finding any excuse to spend time with family traveling and exploring new places.
President & COO
Russell has 27 years of end-to-end supply chain experience, with deep roots in manufacturing. He has 29 years of lean manufacturing experience having been a member of the Cummins Production System Steering Committee, one of the authors of the Honeywell Operating System, time spent working with Hijima Oba from Toyota’s North American Supplier Development Center, and nearly 10 years partnering with TBM Consulting having introduced lean into various companies. In addition, Russell was an executive sponsor of several six-sigma corporate roll-outs, having sponsored dozens of six-sigma projects.
Russell spent most of his career within the automotive industry, but has also worked within the Food & Medical, and Consumer Products industries. Russell has a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Wayne State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management/Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science & Technology. Russell also attending Stanford University’s Executive Program Management of Technology Companies. Russell has a passion for driving progress through people; and away from working he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, especially in the outdoors.
VP of Engineering & Development
Jack has more than 20 years of experience with high temperature materials, process and product development for ceramics, ceramic matrix composites, fuel cells, hydrogen generation and batteries. He holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester, Ma. and a bachelor’s degree in ceramic engineering and science from The Pennsylvania State University, State College, Pa. Shindle holds Sixteen patents, has published articles in a variety of trade journals and offered presentations at industry conferences nationwide. Outside of work he enjoys hiking, biking, flying, Maker projects and spending time with his family.
Vice President of Sales
Paul has thirty years of experience in sales, marketing and business development with highly engineered and innovative products and solutions across a broad spectrum of technologies and industries. Most recently he served as the VP of Global Sales & Marketing and head of Global Service for Oerlikon Drive Systems. He has successfully built, led, and motivated winning global sales team in the Americas, Europe, India, and China.
He has earned a Bachelor’s in Management and an MBA in International Business. He is customer-focused and believes that the combination of passion, optimism, and determination allows teams to conceive and deliver bold ideas that are valued in the marketplace. Paul enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and fishing.
Vice President Global Supply Chain
David Cabello has 20 years’ experience in global operations, supply chain and business integration with strong background in Lean Manufacturing. He has held several leadership roles across multiple industries in both private and public companies like Honeywell Aerospace, Boart Longyear, Delco Remy, and Delphi driving operational excellence enabling breakthrough results. His expertise includes turnarounds, M&A, synergy execution, restructuring, rollups, LCC sourcing, global sourcing optimization, and building scalable business models to accelerate profitable growth. His global experience includes an expat assignment in China where he led a successful end-to-end business transformation.
David received his MS in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University (MSU), Executive Certificate in Technology, Operations, and Value Chain Management from MIT Sloan School of Management, and BS degree in Industrial Engineering from the Institute of Technology in Mexico. He is a Lean Manufacturing Master and completed the Shingo Lean Study Mission in Japan with Ritsuo Shingo. He is also APICS CPIM|CSCP|S&OP certified. Outside work, he enjoys spending time with family, reading, and traveling.
Vice President of Manufacturing
Dave has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing serving the industrial, consumer, medical, food and semi-conductor markets. He has a significant background in lean manufacturing learning the Toyota Production System from two of his lean sensei’s while working at Watlow Electric. Most recently Dave serve as the VP of Operations at Tuthill Transfer Systems in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Dave moved to Fort Wayne from Chicago after spending 22 years being apart of 5 different companies including: Quality Control Corp., Watlow Electric, IMI Cornelius, Gategroup, and Atkore. In his capacity at Atkore, he was instrumental in the process of taking an organization from PE to public traded on the NASDAQ.
Dave has earned his BS in Industrial Technology at Iowa State University and his MBA from Northern Illinois University. During his free time, he enjoys flying, received his pilot license June of 2019, and spending time with his family and friends.
Chairman & CEO
Jim’s focus at SCP Limited is to position the company as a leader in igniter technology creation and manufacturing. Jim works closely with our engineering team and leading material scientists to refine and develop the best igniters for heating applications. Jim serves on two non-profit boards in NE Indiana. His past-times include running, tennis and growing as a person and leader. His greatest accomplishments are his relationships with his family and friends.
