Where others failed, we’ll succeed.
The US runs on 120v power supply. The European Union, Asia, Africa, Middle East and South America all run on 220v or 230v, who have NEVER had access to a hot surface igniter because none of the solutions served a 220/230 voltage.
We decided that where others had failed, we’d succeed. And we have already developed a 220 and 230 V version of our technology. We are working with several global companies to introduce this technology. But the applications are vast. We can employ the technology in all applications - from cavity to cooktop, from water heater to HVAC - providing access to an underserved market that finally can benefit from these technological advances, while using more sustainable energy solution. This is taking a step up from a spark to an ember – to igniting their future.
Predictive Analytics
Failure within the appliance in our parts to alert the consumer that they need to proactively order a preventative maintenance service, in order to prolong the durability and life of the appliance
Flame Sensors
Through frequency readers. Current sensors that are vital in the ignition process can get dirty or be obscured by cooking materials and carbon build up. We’ve invented a way that through the igniter, we can read a frequency if the flame is present - regardless of how many layers of carbon or build up might be present. This is revolutionary, eliminating the need for additional components, bringing down COM as well as retail costs, prolonging the appliances lifetime/uptime.
Future Proof
The fuel of the future for heating and cooking is hydrogen, which is cleaner, more efficient and sustainable (zero carbon) and eventually, more cost effective. We’ve seen this coming and have future proofed our technologies, making them hydrogen ready as the technology emerges. Hydrogen CANNOT be consistently and smoothly ignited with a traditional spark igniter resulting in erratic and unpredictable combustion. Therefore the entire industry will be in need of an alternate ignition system, we are well prepared to assume the leadership position.
